➢ Building and maintaining a solid relationship with dedicated clients
➢ Maintaining a solid understanding of what company offering and the client's setup details
➢ Spot the business opportunities with the dedicated client
➢ Identifying new business opportunities with the existing clients
➢ Updating clients on an on-going basis about the new developments and offerings of our company
➢ Organize on-board meeting with dedicated clients/distributors
➢ Providing guidance to clients during the on-boarding process
➢ Facilitate interactions between clients
➢ Handling client inquiries and order processing from new developed clients
➢ Obtaining feedback and updates from the client and escalate to the management
➢ Managing client expectations when necessary
➢ Bachelor’s degree or above, Master is preferred
➢ Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Product or equivalent. Engineering background is preferred.
➢ 1-2 years of account/relationship management experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
➢ Strong command of written and oral English
➢ Moral and ethical is a must
➢ Good communication skills
➢ Be able to work both independently and in a team
➢ Ability to organize effectively.
